EveryClient Task Manager
EveryClient Task Manager is a small but powerful and handy windows tray application, that allows you to manage and record your time against day-to-day tasks, whether they be JIRA or other types of tasks.
EveryClient Task Manager can be used by a single user or as many users as you need. It stores all task information in a secure SQL Server database and uses strong encryption to protect passwords and JIRA/TEMPO login details.

JIRA Integration - It can import details for JIRA tasks as well a any other types of tasks. Once added, you can start recording time against these tasks straight away.
It can also check the statuses of JIRAs and automatically close JIRA-related tasks when the JIRA has been finalised.

TEMPO Integration - At the end of the day or week, you can export your tasks (with time worked and summaries) directly to your TEMPO time sheet at the click of a button.

Other Features - with EveryClient Task Manager, you can also:
- Manually add any task to the system and start recording time straight away.
- Record your daily/weekly work times with the built-in times recording system.
- Automatically recorded time against the currently selected task. You can also easily adjust time against any existing task.
- Easily switch between tasks at the click of a mouse.
- Add comments to a task for specific work done that day. Those comments will be added to your exported task summary details.
- Show all work for a particular task.
- Open a JIRA from the task manager application using the handy right-click pop-up menu.
- Report on task history.
- Easily see, export and/or print a weekly summary of task work by Project or Task
- Optionally associate an estimate file as well as estimate hours for each task. If you add an estimate's hours you will be warned when approaching the total hours allowed.

General Settings and Configuration - EveryClient Task Manager is also highly configurable. You can:
- Add multiple projects
- Add and maintain users (both administrative and regular)
- Add tasks and custom Task types
- Add and record custom task statuses

Secure System – Only users with the correct credentials can pass through EveryClient ’s security system. Passwords are encrypted and stored in the database using strong encryption.
